It shows how severely damaged the writing has been as well. If all they can do is cruise on the same handful of people and stunt casting, no one gets past the ceiling unless something big takes off organically but I don't think that's really happened since the Samberg peak. But the mindset really is beginning to feel like Lorne wants to cruise his way to 50 and retire. Heir speculation will take over for any quality drop the closer it comes.

Last week's premiere did a really poor number. Kim Kardashian doesn't really seem like a big deal anymore so I don't think her hosting is a big as the show thinks either. Probably should have happened in 08/09 if ever. Is she still popular?
